The client, a multimillion-dollar freight and logistics company, has two longtime on-site agents who handle all traveler bookings. Because travelers are familiar with the on-site agents, the client wanted a travel management company who would work behind the scenes without the travelers’ awareness.

Signify had a specific division comprised of travelers based in Canada that faced the challenge of centralizing North American travel services and data globally for their Canadian-based division. The goal was to provide a single service platform for travelers from Canada and the U.S., establishing a single operational and reporting system that would facilitate streamlined services and travel experiences for their Canadian travelers. Additionally, Signify was required to comply with Canadian laws and regulations while ensuring access to Canadian airline content.

Fox World Travel’s client, a global leader in specialty vehicles and access equipment, partnered with Fox to optimize their travel management program. They utilized Fox’s expert data analytics team and advanced business intelligence platform, Cognition, to collect and analyze data from multiple sources. The customized dashboards provided valuable insights into booking trends, supplier preferences, and traveler behaviors. This allowed the client to make data-driven adjustments to policies, optimize supplier contracts, enhance the travel experience, and improve budget control and program compliance. Fox’s client had more than $80,000 tied up in unused tickets and welcomed collaboration with Fox to identify problem areas and develop a plan for lowering their unused tickets volume. Fox worked with the client to take a multifaceted approach to reducing their number of unused tickets.

A Fox client in the transportation and logistics industry relies heavily on Greyhound bus transportation as a low-cost option for recruit travel. The client was seeking a streamlined solution for booking transportation to their training centers across the U. S. to meet their high recruitment and new hire training requirements. Because Greyhound content is not available via traditional reservation systems, the client’s recruit travel process with their previous travel management company (TMC) was manual and lengthy, and there was no way for the company’s nearly 60 recruiters to compare cost and traveler experience options.

Ashley Furniture previously relied on static reporting, pulling travel program performance data manually to create reports. This process became tedious and labor-intensive, which ultimately hampered problem-solving efforts for the travel manager.
